As a result of severely reduced foot traffic in the Byward Market this year, we are not offering extended holiday hours except for December 17 & 18 (the last shopping weekend before Christmas.)

We're located a hop, skip and a jump from the CF Rideau Centre in the heart of the Byward Market. Just steps from the OTTAWA sign with ample parking — make our boutique at 31 York Street one of your shopping stops this holiday season!

We offer holiday neutral tissue (white/gold snowflakes), white gift boxes in two sizes, pink ribbon (while supplies last) and blank gift note cards to include your special message.

Our nominal gift wrapping fee helps to offset the cost of tissue, wrapping and gift notes. Net proceeds benefit a number of charities annually including The Ottawa Mission, Ottawa Food Bank and The Ottawa Hospital.

For purchases between Nov. 1-Nov. 13 — please indicate in the notes section that this is a gift so we can reference the order to make any returns/exchanges.

All purchases made between Nov. 14-Dec. 22 are automatically considered gift orders and can be returned/exchanged for store credit until January 31, 2023.

There is short-term parking just outside the shop on York Street and several paid parking garages in close proximity.

If you are exploring all of what downtown Ottawa has to offer, you can park for FREE (Saturday & Sundays ONLY) at the World Exchange Plaza located a 45 R. O'Connor Street and walk 5-10 minutes to the Byward Market.

Take any bus/train to the Rideau Centre and you'll end up on either Rideau Street or Mackenzie King Bridge. Get to the front entrance of the shopping centre on Rideau Street, walk through Hudson's Bay Company or take William Street to Byward Market Square and when you get to York Street you'll find us near the big tourist-centric OTTAWA sign.
