Your average men's crewneck t-shirt. If you prefer a boxy, loose fit, you can get most of our women's tee in the men's cut by special request.
Our racerback tanks have a bit of extra room at the hip, allowing for a flattering (but not flowy) fit. most importantly they are made of a lightweight, comfortable fabric - perfect for lounging, layering or a light sweat at the gym.
Our sweaters are men's (unisex) and run big. We highly recommend ladies size down unless you prefer an extra cozy, loose fit.

We make every effort to be size inclusive as referenced by our extensive offering up to 5XL, however sometimes there are stock & sizing limitations with our distributors that we have no control over. We also believe you shouldn't have to pay more for the styles you know & love. We'll do our best to get the right size for you up to 6XL whenever possible — without compromising quality or affordability.
This garment has been designed, printed and pressed to perfection. To retain its appearance, we recommend you machine wash cold with like colours (no bleach) then hang or lay your garment flat to dry. Do not iron decoration. Glitter appliqués will NOT come off in the wash, but can increase the chances of pilling over time as there is a light texture.
Take good care of your garment and it will take care of you.
I'm a one-woman show brand + boutique based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Our graphic tees have been designed, printed and pressed in house since 2017.
I own and operate a small shop in the market at 31 York Street in downtown Ottawa. Please allow 3-8 days processing time for your order. It is often much quicker than this and most of the time I ship same day. I print & press to order (with select stock of bestsellers always available) and work 7 days a week to ensure orders get out as quickly as possible. If you select Expedited Shipping/Priority Shipping at checkout (if applicable), this will prioritize your order.
Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow up to 24-72 hours (or the next business day if you ordered is processed on a weekend) to allow tracking and relevant information to become current. Our shipping carriers pick up from us daily.
We are always updating our stock/online listings to ensure we can fulfill your order immediately. At times there may be issues with stock limitations and we'll be sure to contact you as soon as possible to offer solutions.
No. We don't use clear poly bags often found in the retail industry. Your order will be pressed and folded and shipped in our compostable mailers by Better Packaging Co. or in one of our recycled cardboard boxes. In our efforts to making shipping more sustainable and waste-free, we are making plans to eliminate the plastic piece that affixes the hangtag to the garment in 2021.

We will happily package your order in gift wrap (no boxes) and include a personalized card, please leave your note at checkout and we will enclose a card with your message. If your item is a gift - please indicate whether or not we should include the packing slip (includes item details, price, billing address & shipping address.)

We offer worldwide shipping. All orders ship within five (5) business days - sometimes longer during peak periods (ex: Christmas/Flash Sales/Anniversary Celebrations). You will be notified if there is an exception with your order for any reason.
We offer competitive shipping prices and expedited options and do not profit on our shipping rates. You will be provided with a tracking number through Canada Post, UPS or Fedex once your order has shipped. You can login to your account at anytime to see the status of your order.
We monitor all shipment and track status updates as best we can. We ship hundreds of orders weekly and unfortunately, if there is an issue with your shipment (delayed, marked as delivered but you didn't receive it, believe your package to be lost), the responsibility is on you as the consumer to notify us as soon as possible, just like you would with any other company.
We will open the appropriate ticket with the shipping logistics provider (as the sender of the package) and do our best to rectify the situation however we can. In many cases, investigating or receiving a response from shipping carriers can take up to 30 days.
We've chosen to do business with companies such as American Apparel, Los Angeles Apparel, Next Level, Bella+Canvas and Threadless as they deeply respect the environment and conduct their business in an ethical and responsible manner and child labor is not used in their manufacturing processes.
Our baby/toddler styles are printed on 100% cotton fabric onesies and our toddler/kid designs are printed on Rabbit Skins 5.5oz jersey short-sleeve. Both our kids tees and onesies are CPSIA compliant. All apparel is printed and pressed by us right here in Ottawa.
As a small business, we are wholeheartedly invested in our duty to act in the best interests of our environment and society as a whole. In an effort to be as transparent as possible, retail and our particular business of printing and pressing apparel creates a significant amount of waste.
Where possible, we practice the most efficient, cost-reducing, energy-saving and socially-conscious ways of creating, producing and packaging our goods in a way that is less harmful to society and our environment. We are committed to improving and creating efficiencies as we continue to grow.

We do not drop ship or blind ship. All tees and apparel are designed, printed and pressed and ship from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
No, there is no minimum order requirement. We'll take on orders of any size.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. We do not cancel orders once they have been placed and are in process — no exceptions. We offer exchanges or returns for store credit only. We DO NOT refund shipping costs.
In the case of manufacturer's defects and if we cannot provide you with the same item or a comparable replacement item in a timely manner, we will assess on a case by case basis to ensure there is a satisfactory resolution.

Our returns portal can be accessed for orders made online at www.bbxcollection.com or in store at 31 York Street in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
You must provide your order number and your email address. Once your return has been approved/received, please expect your store credit to be processed and sent to you electronically within 2-3 business days.
Our return/exchange policy lasts 21 days from the date you RECEIVED your item.
Your item must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, with the tags still on. It must be free of any cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, excessive wrinkling and any marks/stains. Any items that came with packaging must be returned with the same packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If 21 days have lapsed since the date you received your item, we cannot offer you an exchange or return.
Please note that several types of merchandise are exempt from being returned/exchanged including: The Babe Box and individual items included in The Babe Box, gift cards, custom apparel, nail polish, beauty & bath items, wellness tools and personal care products, final sale items, flash sale promotions, child/toddler apparel, hats, accessories (hair clips, headbands, scrunchies, keychains etc.), all greeting cards and seasonal cards (holiday) and swimwear due to their personal nature.
We exchange items if they are defective, damaged and in some cases when the order has been marked as a gift and you've ordered/received the wrong size. Please consult our size chart before making your purchase.
If you are local and live in Ottawa and need to exchange, you are also welcome to visit our store at 31 York Street in the ByWard Market and we would be more than happy to assist you. A return/exchange MUST be processed, authorized and approved through our returns portal in advance of you coming in store.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return/exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, we will ship your new item to you at no additional cost. In the case of a return, we will provide you store credit electronically for the full amount of your returned item less shipping costs.
